Following the recent rehabilitation of 2412 A Street, the house once again reflects the Greater Golden Hill Historical District’s significance under Criterion C and F. Constructed around 1912, the house dates within the Greater Golden Hill Historical District’s 1890 to 1940 period of significance and is therefore loosely connected to special elements of the neighborhood’s architectural development as Prairie style house. Moreover, the house now displays the architecturally defining features of the Prairie style. | |
