This house is an excellent single story example of the Spanish
Eclectic/Revival style built in 1927. It is a single-family residence
built for William and Elva Page in the Kensington Manor neighborhood
of San Diego. The home utilizes an asymmetrical front façade design
with flat roof and shaped parapet. A central raised porch is
sheltered by a clay tile hipped roof. The home has stucco exterior
wall surfacing with extending corner wing walls. The home's arched
porch openings and window hoods, stucco surfacing and clay tile roof
are all indicative features of the Spanish Eclectic style.
